What we updated

We updated Wayground’s Compatibility Check page at https://wayground.com/check with clearer, more current setup guidance for school networks and devices. It’s designed to help schools verify Wayground compatibility before a session starts, so your students have a smoother experience when they play.

Why it matters

When a network or device setting is off, it can show up as:

  • Glitches or freezing during a session

  • Random disconnects

  • Students getting kicked out mid-session

The updated checks and guidance make it easier to spot those issues early, so you lose less instructional time to troubleshooting.

How to use it

  1. Share https://wayground.com/check with your school tech team or administrator

  2. Run the checks on the same network and devices students will use

  3. If students hit problems during a session, grab a screenshot of the Compatibility Check results and share it with Support to speed up diagnosis
