What it does
Wayground has partnered with Common Sense Media to bring their highly regarded AI Literacy content directly into your resource library. These resources — available as presentations and videos — are designed to help your students in grades 6-12 think critically about artificial intelligence: what it is, how it works, and how it shapes their world.
No more hunting across multiple sites or vetting resources on your own. Common Sense Media has done that work, and now it lives right inside Wayground.
How it works
Log in to Wayground and go to your resource library.
Select AI Literacy from the subject drop-down on the homepage.
Alternatively, search for terms like "AI Literacy" or "Artificial Intelligence" in the search bar.
Browse the results — verified Common Sense Media resources are prioritized at the top of your search results.
Assign or host any resource directly with your class.
Example in action
Your 7th grade class has been asking questions about ChatGPT and deepfakes. Instead of building a lesson from scratch, you open Wayground, select AI Literacy from the subject drop-down, and find a ready-to-use Common Sense Media video on how AI-generated content works. You assign it as homework before a class discussion — and walk in the next day with students who are already thinking critically about what they saw.
