Control what resources teachers can use district-wide

Schools and districts can now ensure every shared resource meets their standards. Set keyword filters and resource permissions once—they're enforced automatically across your schools.

What’s new

  • Keyword Moderation: Block or flag resources with specific terms

  • Resource Moderation: Control which resources teachers can access

  • Settings apply during resource creation and use.

Setting up content moderation

  1. Go to your Admin Settings panel.

  2. Use Keyword Moderation to define specific terms you want to block.

  3. When teachers create, edit, or use a resource containing restricted keywords, the system will flag or prevent it.

  4. Use Resource Moderation to limit teacher access to certain resources created within your district.

To enable this feature, school and district admins should contact their Customer Success Managers.

A few examples

  1. Your district blocks inappropriate language. Teachers can't create or share resources using those terms—protection happens automatically.

  2. Your science department needs certain materials vetted first. Lock those resources until approved. Teachers see only what's ready for classroom use.

These tools give admins a straightforward way to support safe, high-quality teaching at scale.
